Villa Leak Detection Dubai
Villas have more places for water to hide — irrigation, pools, tanks, long buried runs and multiple wet areas. We survey the whole property in one visit.
Overview
Villa Leak Detection
Villa leak detection is a different exercise from an apartment. There is far more pipework, much of it buried, plus irrigation systems, pools, water tanks, multiple bathrooms and extensive roof area.
A rising water bill in a villa could originate almost anywhere, so a piecemeal approach wastes time and money.
We carry out a systematic whole-property survey: isolating and testing each zone in turn to narrow the search, then locating the leak precisely within the zone we have identified.

Our method
How we do it
Zone isolation is what makes a villa survey efficient. By closing off sections in sequence — irrigation, pool, internal supply, external taps — and watching the meter after each, we determine which zone is losing water before deploying detection equipment. It turns an enormous search area into a defined one, which is why we can usually complete a whole villa in a single visit.
Every inspection is carried out by trained technicians using calibrated equipment, and you receive a written report with photographic evidence showing exactly where the leak is and what it will take to fix it.

Questions
Frequently asked
My water bill is high but I see no damp. Where do I start?
Usually with a meter test and zone isolation. Buried supply and irrigation leaks routinely show on the bill long before they surface.
Can you check the pool and irrigation in the same visit?
Yes — a villa survey covers pool, irrigation, internal plumbing and roof together.
How long does a villa survey take?
Typically half a day depending on property size and how many zones need isolating.
Do you cover villa communities across Dubai?
Yes, including Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Damac Hills, The Springs, The Meadows and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
